Your guests are welcome to join you for meetings in one of our meeting rooms. If a friend or colleague wants to work here for the entire day, they can purchase a day pass.Will I bother others if I have a video call or talk on my phone?
Not at all! Our shared workspaces are designed for different work styles, and the space is set up in a café-style environment with ambient music. For more privacy, we offer two phone booths and meeting rooms, perfect for calls or meetings when you need a quieter setting.What am I committing to?
Our memberships are flexible, offering month-to-month or yearly options for the best value. With our month-to-month memberships, there’s no notice requirement—you’re only committing to the time you’ve paid for, and payments are made upfront for the following month. Plus, memberships are prorated, so you can sign up any day of the month and only pay from the day you begin.

Private Event Rental
Cooperstown Coworks is more than just coworking space! Rent the event space for your next intimate get together, conference, or professional meeting in downtown Cooperstown.We have availability after 5pm on weekdays and on the weekends.
Our warm and inviting event space is perfect for receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, company events, holiday parties, donor events, and more. We can host up to 68 in our space, and have a 12 car parking lot in downtown Cooperstown complimentary to your guests. We are surrounded by other public parking options.While we do not provide food or drink, our spacious bar area makes it easy to bring and store your own goodies, or have them delivered! We are happy to provide catering recommendations as requested.The space comes with a full sized refrigerator/freezer to use however you'd like, buffet tables, tables and chairs, lounge furniture, a smart projector and screen, two microphones, and a sound system that you can bluetooth music to. We also have a ping pong table, shuffleboard and dart board available if you'd like to use them for your event!The fee is $300 for up to 4 hours. Here's how it works: we have a brief 30 minute consultation either during your tour, or another time if you book the space over the phone or email, where you let me know how you'd like the space arranged for your event. You arrive at an agreed upon time on the date of your event to the room already set how you'd like, I help you get hooked up to any technology that you'll be using, and I turn the place over to you. At the end of the event, you take all personal belongings and put your garbage in the provided bags. You shut off the lights and lock the door on the way out! I do all the rest of the cleaning and take the trash out. Hello! We are Dan and Molly, owners of Cooperstown Coworks.We opened this space to provide something new to our area, and maybe also selfishly for ourselves to enjoy. Dan has been a remote worker for 6 years and has always worked out of coworking offices in other cities. Molly grew up in Cooperstown and loves connecting people. And, so, Cooperstown Coworks was born.We are excited to offer a flexible space to create new opportunities for the professionals in our area, be a place to collaborate, host events, and to add to the list of the many reasons why Cooperstown is a great place to live and work.
